From 13th August 2022 , Jeeves consumer service pvt Ltd, Flipkart,and Thomson not resolved my issue, only harressing me, I am a senior citizen , they are mentally harressing me.
Matter details in below
I purchased a Thompson LED tv for Flipkart as order number OD120764024926335000 on Date 18.01.2021. with Jeeves complete protection plan, And Flipkart was sending their respective for installation on next day that was good, but on date 13th August 2022 I seen my TV screen/display was automatically firstly come in fully red then White and Black line,
Then I raised a complain in Thomson customer care, and also sending an email, Thompson was replying warenty period alreday passed, you may contact with Jeeves consumer service pvt Ltd, For more service,

Then I raised a complain in Jeeves consumer service Customer care by phone call on Date 23.08.2022, after that I repeatedly calling him in each 2 or 4 days gape for resolving my issue, after 1month waiting “Jeeves” was sending their services engineer, firstly he checked my external and take some out side phisical photographs, and not found any external damage, then he opened my TV for seen the internal position, and also take photographs, and reply me my TV Display is damaged it’s a manufacturing problem, manufacture was not fixed display in properly, those display was damaged internally. And he give assurance my TV will replaced within 15 days or Full amount will be refunded to me in that period. Seven days after an another sms was came me “my complain id is closed” again I called to Jeeves consumer care,and asking Why my my complain is closed ? They’re asking our services engineer is informed display was damaged by customer, I am not accept and Again I request to “Jeeves” please send your senior inspection team. Again they’re raise a new complain , Then after 8 days another service engineer was again come to my home and also checked and inform me my TV display is internally damaged, and also told me he will processing for replacement or full refund.

After my so many reminders, one call was coming from”Jeeves” and give me a proposal for 30% refund . I am not accepting their offer, and reply them I need full refund or Replacement, from That day to till date so many times I called to Jeeves but Till they are not giving me any positive response. In between this period they are giving me another offer of 50% refund, but I replied I need replacement or minimum 80% refund.
But Till they are not resolved my issue already 4 months passed.
