Text of Complaint by Pratibha Phadke:

I had paid full one year’s fee on 1st September 2021. My connection started only after 5 days. Today i.e. 10th October 2021 again the connection has failed. In response to my complaint 2 persons from gtpl came and went back without resolving the problem. They told that as today is Sunday our complaint will be attended tomorrow. When we protested gtpl person told me to disconnect the connection!! Whenever we call anyone from gtpl either the phone is not picked up or we are told that someone else handles such cases. We have been subjected to a loss and lot of mental harassment.
