Harassment and demand of EMI by BYJU’S recovery team.

Text of Complaint by Mrs. Bidya Mohapatra:

As advised by BYJU’S customer care I canceled the subscription within 15 days after receiving their electronic gadget.
For that gadget, I paid 12000 INR which is supposed to be returned to me after cancellation of subscription. For cancellation of subscription, whenever I am calling there customer care they are just promising that our cancellation team will call you within 24 hrs but they are not calling as usual and if the cancellation team is calling then they are also giving same excuse that we will look into the matter and call you back within 24 hrs. And last one month, BYJU’S loan recovery team is harassing and calling/messaging 10 times everyday for EMI payment. Before commencement of trial period I was agreed for payment of EMI if am ready and continuing the subscription. After my clear instructions and request for cancellation of subscription within the trial period, I cannot understand the status of subscription. As far as I know as per the Bhubaneswar BYJU’S office, my subscription is canceled still the recovery team is harassing me for payment of EMI Also threatening me that your credit score will be hampered and you have to pay the amount with interest. I am very much worried and depressed so request you, kindly give me justice and save me from BYJU’S harassment.
