Complaint on Harassment and Defamation Threats by Credit Moi
I, Samin Harun, am filing this complaint against Credit Moi regarding continuous harassment and threats over a loan repayment. I had taken a loan from Credit Moi and have already made a partial payment. I also clearly communicated my commitment to settling the remaining balance by the evening of [Date].
Despite this, Credit Moi has persistently harassed me through calls and messages, using abusive language and making threats against me. Additionally, they have threatened to post my pictures online with false accusations, including claims that I am a ritualist and a kidnapper. These threats are defamatory, damaging to my reputation, and have caused me emotional distress.
I consider this behavior to be a serious form of harassment, intimidation, and defamation. I am seeking immediate intervention to prevent any further threats and to protect my reputation from false accusations. If this harassment continues or if any defamatory posts are made, I will be left with no option but to take legal action.
I request that Credit Moi ceases all forms of harassment and threats immediately.
