I have used credit line of postpe i.e. 16000/- but due to medical emergency not able to pay my dues on time after 7 days their agents continuously called to me my wife and my parents, and abusing us badly in very foul language I informed that issues to postpe service team too but instead of taking action they replied that these agents are call are not from postpe and closed my complain this is not at all acceptable from such company, postpe gave all his customer’s data including contact list gallery etc to the third party for recovery of loan, and team postpe is completely involved in this.
My contact person also getting calls from postpe and they are threatening to ladies and children from my contact list.
It is requested kindly take a strong action against it and save the people.
