I take loan from idfc bank and pay regularly emi .due to pandemic situation I miss my emi in May 2021 and I talk to bank and promise to pay on 14 may 2021.due to some work on 14may I go to my home town .and I pay emi on 14 th may .I paid emi on time but idfc collection manager mr nitin bhati send a person to my home and miss behaving my wife on call .after my wife call me and I talk to Mr nitin about paying my emi .he was not lisning my word he regularly miss behave me .and final asked me I have right to abuse you and miss behave you and your family friends .my wife was so disappointed at this incidence. My point is I paid my emi on 14th May. That time promise to bank. How should he talk like this .
