Text of Complaint by Jaysundar Rout:

I have owned Bajaj super RBL credit card have limit 112000,i have already payed every month minimum due even my financial condition is not good.i have payed last emi 1400 on August 2021, but due to more financial crisis i was unable to pay last 2 month emi amount.
Right now i am uable to pay full amount thats why i have mailed to RBL bank to give me settlement. Rbl bank registered my request and now request under process.

But local agency recovery agent called me so many time minimum 100 time onece day in different different number.
On 09/10/21 he came to my previous room where i was stayed,he disclosed my credit card details and came to my new room where right now i am stayed on 8 pm night. And told me that give money right now if ur unable to pay i will cone with 4 person and harrass you infront of other people.

As per RBI guideline you can’t disclose borrower details infornt of others and u can’t go borrower home after 7 pm.
