Hi this is sathya. I just want to give complaint about fraud calls and harassment blackmailings. I have taken loan from handy loan app. I asked them to give permission to repay. But the costumers care representive didn’t give proper response . Again and again they are sending in inappropriate threatening msgs to my family and to my friends. They’re continously blackmailing. I kindly request RBI to take action about this issue.
