I am a user of the Postpe application and unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to make a timely repayment on my loan. While I acknowledge my responsibility in this matter, I am deeply distressed by the subsequent actions taken by Postpe.
Instead of adhering to professional communication practices, Postpe has resorted to abusive and harassing phone calls directed towards me, my family, and even my colleagues and contacts. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also a violation of my privacy.
