Regarding dhani online loan Is 5000. I did applied online add for loan unexpectedly it went to Dhani i hate dhani but the advertiser made me to apply for dhani. I paid Rs 358 as charges. After 2 days dhani app showed Rs 5000. That also amount not transferred to my bank account. It shows only in Dhani card. Since I’m not using dhani card and i do not have at the same it is not at all used in our city. But after 2 days i got call from dhani to pay Rs 500 for online transactions for which I’m not at all aware. I rejected this and informed them to block the card because i do not want theirloan + card and never use their card.
After 3 weeks daily i use to get calls from them asking for EMI dues Rs 500. According to RBI rules loan should be disbursed to person’s bank account. Lately i came to know that dhani has done same thing to many people.
Now the amount increased to Rs 1100 I’m really surprised that without using or getting single paisa why they are demanding from me. They are sending threatening calls, sms, mails and legal notice if I do not pay i will get 7 yrs imprisonment for cheating them.
Here they are cheating torturing and harassing me.
They do not have land line, or mobile contact no for any enquiry. No office pocess land line no. They are giving dead customer care no..
I’m repeatedly requesting them to transfer the loan amount to my bank account so that i can use the loan and pay emi in time. Without doing any thing why they are threatening me for non usage of any loan amount?
In the interest of public strict action should be taken on dhani lot of people have suffered in this. Plz help me I’m mentally fed-up.
