I urge everyone do not take any loans from indiabulls/dhani . their customer care is pathetic they will harrass you to the bones by calling 100 times for their own mistakes . i have paid double emi by mistake through dhani app. Loan was closed.. and the transaction never got updated in the app neither acknowledged by their pathetic team, over that they started charging me late fees. I contacted them by mail many times no reply whatsoever..its been 2 yrs since the incident.. Now they started calling me and harassing me for the late fee charges and extra 1200rs.. Bloody pathetic people on earth this indiabulls/dhani should be blacklisted asap.. I AGAIN SAY DO NOT TAKE ANY LOANS FROM THESE FRAUD PEOPLE.
