Sir ,i am Sandeep Reddy from Hyderabad . I have paid my loan and after 150 days they are saying your payment was not updated and they are saying me to pay the amount with penalty, they are harassing me by sending node pics and they are sending to my contacts and they are harassing them also plz help us sir

have placed an order for static IP on 3rd Sept with a promise to fix it in 72hrs. Since the request is placed, it does not allow me to raise any further request or complaints.

My request id: 79594806

I have called and spent more than 2hrs on customer care and every time I am given a promise by new person on escalation and fix in 4hrs and I have to keep calling. The people I have spoken with and who have given me wrong promises are:

Please fix up the issue and also your customer care who are asking me to wait all the time..
