I have taken a loan from kreditbee and paid 4 emails as well, currently I lost my job and due to this I am not able to pay the loan due to financial hardship, which I have also mailed to them on help@kreditbee but they are denying to help and even worst they started harassing me and my relatives from the contact list which I have filed the complainet to them as well but no resolution and still they are harassing them and me. This is totally against my own rights and guidline provided by RBI and will be reported to RBI after month as they are not able to provide any resolution.
