I have taken a loan from m pocket and not able to pay because of health issue and after 1 month I have told I will repay the amount but I have asked to remove the fines then I will pay they are not listening harassing me and blackmailing

Text of Complaint by Manjunath K:

Datson exports company has lend money to a person named Darshan and he has given my number as reference. These people have not contacted me before lending money or verified my number. But now these people are sending me texts showing that you are his friend tell him to repay the amount. These messages are too harassing and disturbing my family and work atmosphere.
