I had taken a 16000 loan in 2019 from Rapid Rupee after that we faced flood problem & after that 2.5 years we had stucked in covid situation . So Rapid Rupee executive called me for repayment now. So I told them that I can pay them in emi of Rs 2000 every month . But they are using abusive language and harrising everyday every minute and asking for full payment . After 3 years my work recently started and I have more home expenses and child’s school fees . We also paid money for hospitalization . So we are helpless and want to pay money in emi. But the Rapid Rupee is harassing every day and every minute . Using abusive language . And they are threatening us. Please help us .
