The ob cash loan guys harassing me by sending messages on wtsapp tha I took loan from them but I never took any loan from this app. I just enquired about the loan so I fill my details on that app and it’s showed tha amount has approved but they never disbursed any amount in my account and the date and time which they mentioned in message I never received any amount in my account on that day. Infact I shared my transaction history of 3 days with them. But they still harassing me by sending messages to my contacts saying tham i am Fraud and drug dealer and also using my contacts dp and told me tha he viral that dp and write some bad things on it . So kindly take legal action against them. These are the numbers from wher i received calls and msg 7836885393 and +919773645746

Dont worry, As a consumer i faced same problem, just dont pick up their call, and reply to mail,
block their number to spam,
they cant do any thing, and legally they will not got to anywhere, their moto to depress you to deposit money to their account, dont do , and dont pay any one rupees – regards
I have faced same things nothing to afraid that notice is fake. I received call and boldy told her i will not lay any amount you do whatever you want. I told them i will also appoint advocate better you answer to him in the court. After that they never contacted me again . Don’t pay any money . Ignore their calls and mails . I used abusive words also over phone when she contacted me regarding compromise.

Do not transfer any amount they are froad then can’t do anything say them boldly you are gonna lodge a complaint in police station about you people. Ignore their fake court notice and call if you do not wanna speak to them. I told them you do whatever you want if your notice is legal I will also appoint an advocate for me to reply your notice. After that day they never send any message neither called me. My advice ignore it.
