Hello,
My name is Abhilash Kumar Mishra I have a Navi loan account number – 010712006.
My complaint is that I have been harassed by your executive for a few days. Executive says if you are not able to pay pending emi i will call your contact list number and send messages in whatsapp numbers to defame me and share my personal information and loan information with them. They also start this type of activity in a few days. I also informed navy executives to stop this type of activity but they say if you do not pay your emi in time I will do it again and again. Please stop this type of activity from the navi loan collection team. This is the violation of RBI Guidelines. Today I have received many messages and a call detail number from my friend and family member which is used to defame me. I also attached a screenshot that is proof of contacting my friend and family members to defame me. This is the forceful violation of “The federal fair debt collection practices”. Please help me to stop unfair and illegal activities.
