Text of Complaint by Nitin khanna:

I have taken the loan of 2,60,000 from Loantap in Dec’20 and first emi was deducted in jan’21, after couple of months I could not pay the emi, no doubt they supported during that pandemic situation, after couple of months I have been paying the emi every month besides having financial issues having at my end, in jul’22 my father had a brain stroke, and on 30th jul’22 he was detected with White cataract, and doctor suggested for surgery due to which could not pay the emi of jul’22 but I told them I will close this loan account by 3rd aug’22, they sent demand notice with 7 days period but parllely they are doing the harassment calls and using abusive language who claimed to be from loan tap legal department and threatens me to send people and will ask for money in load voice.
I have been saying will close the account on Wednesday (3rd aug’22) but they were forcing me to pay 1 emi today (2nd aug’22). I told them the notice you sent has granted me 7 days of period to clear the dues from the date of receipt, but instead he used abusive words. Now he is harassing me by calling again and again.
