I have taken small credit loan from this service provider, day before repayment they started texting and calling me for repayment , so i tried to repay total outstanding via their app but app isnt working properly , when i tried to convey them ur app is not working and i wann repay the payment only via app so they started using abusive language on phone and on text and started threatening to will call your all contacts . Hence i repay the total outstanding on their given upi and asked for the update and closing of noc of loan. After that they did not answer my calls. And from next day afain started calling for repayment again and again . This app is not genuine, they are sharing their data to others and harass people.
