Am having rbl bank credit card while issuing the card they did not inform anual processing fee..they said that no anual fee no intrest nothing but once using of the card every month they are adding some fees.with out my knowledge they are activating some insurance like R- sheild..and few days back they are converting my amount into EMI on the time of calling they said there is no fee for converting in to emi i said ok then i will pay emi..after generating my statement they are adding so.many types of fees..and one more thing there arw added late fee after the time limit over..even though there are calling 100 times in day for asking mayment..actually my card limit is 35000 but additional charges they added my card is over limited now my bill is 40,000..
I want justice regarding this issue.This Rbl bank is torturing the customers like any thing..
