I Was just checking my loan eligibility in AG LOAN app ,so without showing any amount the amount of 4405 Comes into my Account and 3604 is the service fee shows in the app. So the App had given me loan of 8010 on Feb 2022,only for 7 days .So Their agents start calling me and harassing me from 1st March. So However after getting harassed I paid the Amount on March 2022,So according to the app I have submitted the UTR no. in the payment link. But till now it’s not updated ,So there Agent are arguing with me that you have not done the payment and they are threating me that If I will not pay again the amount they will effect my cibil score and You photo will be send to all contacts in your phone with abusive language. I’m so much depressed right now and don’t know what to do?..
