Hi NIRA,

I am Sabarish and I took a loan from Nira few months ago. I was not able to pay the due payment for January month due to some financial issues. So I received multiple calls from the recovery agency. Actually I clearly informed them I need time to repay. As per my commitment I paid outstanding and upcoming one month due yesterday. After paying the amount I received message today from the person who is asking me to make the payment. I said already paid and if you want go and check. He called me and spoke to me with abusing words. He unwantedly spoke about my family. Lot of bad words. Why should he speak to me like this? I totally frustrated and his words all damaged my self respect.
