I didn’t apply for any loan but they asking for money

Same case happened to me as well. Some people from Prime loan, as what they say reached out to me and told me that EMI is overdue. And I actually have not take any such loan. All of the loans I have has auto-debit enabled and NACH registered. I got call from these numbers:
