I have taken loan from FINNABLE and was paying was EMI regularly however due to some circumstances and Communal riots at my place northeast where all internet and banks was shut down for good 3 months almost. Last month I pay back 2 emi and requested them to recover my payment at last week of month and to make auto debit at last week of month but they denied. One of the agent Harrass me. Even after I informed I have shifted my workplace and residence they don’t bother asked me to update and send me details of updated workplace and residence. Such finance app FINNABLE should be avoided as they charged hefty amount of interest and doesn’t corporate. I hope they don’t harrass or trouble me if I want to foreclose my loan
