I took loan from mpokket on 2022 of 10000 rupees. They charged me around 1500 rupees to get this loan. When I wanted to clear the due an amount of 2200 rupees got stuck due to technical issue. The company assured me that money would be refunded but I didn’t get any money. So they broke my trust like this and now they are demanding a payment of 21200 for the loan amount and harassing me by calling 10 to 15 times a day and by also calling my parents and threaten us to send legal notice along side they will come to my house for payment. In the name of empowering students they are just harassing the students.
