I’ve taken digital loan from Branch and the due date is 01 Nov 2023, Branch is constantly sending me messages the very next day when I took digital loan from Branch app. The constant reminders/threat before the due date is affecting my mentally and emotionally. I don’t have emotional bandwidth to deal with it. This constant threats is affecting my daily life and livelihood. I want a legal action against Branch, it is a RBI licensed NBFC as per what’s mentioned in the app. I believed it was a geniune service as RBI name is mentioned but the whole intention of Branch seems like just to harras, bully and threaten people who fall in their trap. Writing to you in a state of hopelessness and helplessness. And I firmly believe that Consumers Complaint Court will do justice to me and many like me.
