I recently took loan in lonifi which is not registered under RBI they provide fund by private sector. I paid all my dues but still my loan was not closed. For every 15 days they will call for repayment if we fail to pay they will start harassing by using our personal information privacy they will share to our contact numbers.

They will ask for rollover for nxt 15 days which is not going to reduce in loan amount if my loan was 35000 rs after 15 days if I don’t do then they will tell us to rollover by paying 11400 rs to get time for nxt 15 days. Their rollover amount is only to get time for 15 days it won’t get reduced in our loan amount.
Now after I paid full amount also they are not closing my profile I stopped to answer those calls.
There are plenty apps in apps store government needs to take action against this issue not to provide any online loans
