I got a loan from Nira app
And I was paying all my EMI in time but due to some financial issues I was unable to pay the EMI . I e-mailed the help centre and told my issue facing but they didn’t listen and started texting me from WhatsApp and also contacted all my contacts and told them to pay all the money and even send my photos and documents…
Is this really the way to harras a customer
