The loan was credited to my account a few days back. I paid the loan amount back in two instalments of ₹680 each as prescribed by the company. Upon completion of the transaction, they asked me to pay more money and did not update my account. There is still the same due amount in my name although I made the payment. Please find attached the screenshots of the payment.
