Text of Complaint by Santosh Kumar Rout:

I am using the Airtell SIM since last more than 10 years. I had change my SIM when required viz by converting 3G to 4G and Big SIM to Micro as well as Neno SIM. While doing the same the authority of Customer Care at Jamshedpur, Bistuper, Jharkhand wants the Aadhar card in this regards and I was submitted the same time to time.

Yesterday my SIM was not responded and gave message that the SIM Crushed and is not working. While I approach to the local shop as well as the customer care they told that the name of the SIM holder is mismatched. When I purchased the  SIM I had given my all documents in this regards and now how my name is mismatched I do not know. Sir this number is ( 9572641099) given ever where in my related official as well as the Aadhar Card, PAN Card and my official purpose and Bank also. Please help me allot the same number.
