In Eulavt Loan AppI was checking my loan eligibility so i uploaded all my details including aadhar, PAN and bank account details. later my eligibility was shown as 7000 so i was not interested and deleted the app . But after some days i got to know the loan was processed and 3850 was credited to my account on 27th May, but in their app showing they have transferred Rs.7,000/- & we’re ready to repay the amount of 3,850. They have messaged us to my WhatsApp no. after informing them I’ll pay they send very vulgar pics saying unparliamentary words, they will do the same to my pics & share it with our relatives. without our permission they have collected my contact details. After two days another person asked to pay the amount & I’ve said that I’ve received only Rs.3,850/- They agreed to close the loan account. No response from that no. again after payment, got so many calls & messages saying I need to pay the amount. I’ve informed them I didn’t received amount of Rs. 7,000 /-. which ever I received from them I paid & send the payment details. Still they are troubling us to pay. Today they send a msg from Addl. CDP (No:+94 778264485). Please help to get out from this situation.
