I loaned 2000 pesos to Flip cash loan app and i only received 1400 pesos only without knowing that i will only recieve 1400 and 600 is all for the fee, and i will repaid it 2100 and Flip cash Is texting all my contacts, and threathening me, that they submmit my name on My Barangay for not paying my dept, just because of delayed payment,
