Good evening. I would like to file a complaint against agents from CASHBEE / FASTLOAN online lending po – especially this agent named BEA TORRES. I am delayed due to sickness. They do not accept any reason but demand payment ASAP. They will not stop calling and texting. They threatened to humiliate me through social media by blasting my photo, my name and send texts and call all my contacts. Isa lang po yan sa maraming texts nila. May voice recording pa ako dito po. Hindi ko na po sila sinasagot dahil my asthma is uncontrolled for almost 3 weeks na. Hindi ako makapunta sa hospital dahil wala ako pambayad at takot ako na baka itag na COVID patient. Ito po latest nila na pananakot sa akin. Patulong po sana magawan ninyo ng aksyon agad.
