I applied for work in quikr after 2 days i got message from someone(7486049382, 6357123075) and said about form filling work to do fill 1200 forms in 8 days with 90% efficiency  and i agreed. After registration, they said that if u don’t complete work u have to pay in reverse Rs.6700. I completed work without errors but that fraud people showing errors and now harassing for money. They said that they filed a case and now sent a notice to mail.

The notice is that 1) We are an Advocate Associate hereby to inform you that, The   NAT Enterprise   Company Associate firm to proceed further because as your work status is Not Submit / Not Complete OR QC Fail.

2)  Your agreement is made with sole proprietor company for which you need to clear your dues. As per Act of 1996, article 14 depicted in an agreement.

We would like to inform you that as per the email company had given you the time to completed the work as per the agreement which you had done with company as per the t/c of the company if you unable to complete the work or if you fail then you need to pay the fees of the company and if you had read the agreement it was clearly mention that if you unable to clear the utility charges then as per the legal expenses you need to bear by your side and you need to pay from your pocket whatever the legal expenses will be there and now we had received your case file so as per the court now if you need to resolve the matter then you need to pay the fees of the company of Rs.6900/- you need to pay before 12:15 pm till afternoon and if you unable to pay then as per the court we need to processed your case file at your near police station or state crime branch for the further legal action choice was your you need to clear the issue or you need attend here and you need to pay the total loss of the company of Rs.70k to 1 lac.

DO CONSIDER THIS CASE AND SOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. MANY JOBLESS POOR ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS TYPE OF FRAUD COMPANIES.

Now he demanding and harassing me to pay money within 2 days if not he would took legal action and to pay penalty.
