Text of Complaint by Varsha Malhotra:

I had bajaj finserv emi card 2030401206899742 from which I had purchased some electronic item whose EMI I was paying regularly on time. But from last month I was not able to pay on time as my daughter went under operation because which I get financially disturbed. At that time only I sent email to bajaj finserv ltd requesting them to alot me a memoraterium of 3 months but they refuse to do so moreover they sent recovery agents to my home and they are so disrespectful and aggressive continuously calling me and pressuring me abussing me to pay. At last month also even after so many difficulties I payed all the emi’s with penalties, this month I payed all emi’s except one. Now they are saying to return the product but when my daughter went under operation I sold the product for the need of money but then also I am trying my best to pay them just asking them to give me atleast 1 month time now they are making me feel unsafe at my own home, me and my daughter are aloan at home no men is there. Please help us and tell them to stop, we will pay but we need time.
