I purchase livguard it 1672 tt battery in August 2023 from flipkart with full warranty 42 months. But battery not giving backup after one month of purchase. I complain so many times. Livguard enginner came and said inverter problem. Again 15 days after said battery discharge. After 15 days said battery is damaged and want replacement. They provide me new battery they assure. But till now they do nothing
