Ordered 2 diagnostic from pharmeasy on 15aug sample collected on 16aug but executive from pharmeasy changed address from Ahmedabad to delhi,called them many times but they did not rectify it, they told me address will not impact anything and I will get reports within 24 hours of sample collection which was 16aug2021 9:30am, received reports after 54 hours on 18aug. Pharmeasy is denying saying sample was collected on 17 and reports given on 18, from last 2 months this is going on, I have proof of screenshot of Twitter and call records as well.
