Text of Complaint by Poornima:

I had received a call from skyhigh technologies Company Jaipur for work from home job then they took my personal details, signature etc, then they made an agreement after they sent a project for work after 1 day they block my user ID immediately without any intimation. After that they sent a mail

Dear Poornima Kotemath,

You have made an amount payment for the registration of the company.
And you have an 11- Month Agreement with the company, that’s why a 10- Month agreement is pending, so how will you cancel the 10- Month Agreement?
If you come to court tomorrow with your lawyer then 5600*10=56000 will have to be paid.
If you want to cancel the agreement, you need to pay the part payment of the cancellation charges is 12950/-.

If you have to Continue work then you have to pay Security Charges 15580/- Rs. (For Refundable)

Note :- If you have not cleared the amount of agreement cancellation or continuation then your file will be Re-Opened.

I want to cancel the registration that’s i paid 5800/-

after that I said I want to quit the job by paying 5800 rupees . After that again they sent mail that pay charges of cancellation of agreement rupees 12950 twice. I paid totally 31700 rupees cancellation fee. After that also they asked for 11376 rupees in the form of GST payment
Dear Poornima Kotemath,

You had paid the total amount for the cancellation and your matter will be cleared shortly. but you had just paid the court charges. Your government charges will still be pending.because you need to clear this matter both side of that court and government also. So as per the government charges you need to clear the GST amount. you need to pay the government GST charges is 28% of your total amount.so kindly pay the government GST charges so your matter will be clear.
Your total amount is 5800+12950+12950 = 31700/-

So your GST amount is 31700*28% + 2500 file charges =11376/- so clear the GST charges so you will be totally free from this matter.
They are harassing for money by the name of advocate associate

2). Before Providing The Work, The Company Had Given You A Explanation Of The Work In Written And On Call Also , After Confirmation Of Your Company Having Done The Registration. You Had Received User Id And Password Had Been Sent In Your Registered Email Address. We Have Your Agreement, Acceptance Letter, Id Proof And Voice Recording As Legal Proof .

3). We Also Suggest That Once You Pay This Amount In Good Faith We Will Issue Your NOC Letter Within The Stipulated Time Of 15 Minutes. Hence, We Insist You Pay Your Outstanding To Our Client In Good Faith, So We Can Close Your Case File From Our End.

4). Your Agreement Is Made With The Sole Proprietor Company For Which You Need To Clear Your Dues. As Per Act Of 1996, Article 14 Depicted In An Agreement.
