Dear Sir/ ma’am,
I would like to inform that I have a credit card of RBL bank with a limit of INR 2.2 lakh, I have sent 1/4 or 1/3 of total limit and minimum payment also paid in previous month. Due to some medical emergency of my father (Bypass Operation) and my wife (Pregnant) health unable to pay complete amount, however I was paying minimum amount due but bank was adding interested continuously. I sent several emails to the bank by stating my financial situation but didn’t get any help. I paid many times of minimum amount due but nothing happened, still outstanding amount is same. Since last few months I couldn’t pay any amount as I am short of money now. Bank recovery agent started harassing me and they even call to my colleague member of my offices. They call 50 to 100 times in a Day. They have even stolen my contact details and started harassing neighbor . They stared calling a women in my hometown and harassing her a lot. I talked to recovery agents and said I need time till march then I will get my card dues settled but they don’t bother on my problem and continually harassing to my family and my colleagues which is against the RBI guidelines. Please help me to get rid of this situation.
