Hai,
Am customer of rupayekey. I returned loan on first time which borrowed. It’s closed immediately and updated in app also. Now again loan disbursed by Rs2700. This one i didn’t applied for loan i asked by representative through mail. He told loan has been auto renewal. Okay for this i returned 4500 through UPI link which is provided by customer support by whatsapp msg +880 1886662313. I paid to (vivek kumar) UPI link vcbc1994@airtel.Payment ref num UTR:228218118776 and transaction id:-T2210091141070916103448.

He didn’t update on app it goes as pending means loan repayment delay. And next day penalty added as Rs225.
Next day morning I got msg and what’sapp call from +880 1727367880 on loan repayment, i said yesterday done , He replied ok done and left. He didn’t ask any.

Same day one more msg received from different number +880 1963306884 his name is Sunil Kumar,Again same msg loan repayment. I replied already paid.. I shared all but not closed.

He discussed about auto renewal option also. If I pay he will close the renewal option immediately. But he is also not closed and went off. The num also blocked.

Now again same day from different country code +62 821-8853-4336 i received msg and getting calls, I asked good name same he is also Sunil Kumar. He told yesterdays payment is fake so again to repay, on that time I shocked something is going on with rupayekey. After some time he is also OFF from online. Msg not delivered to this num which is send by me.

Another+62 82188516882 First he shared my photo and aadhar and asked for payment of loan. Same Sunil Kumar chatted.I shared what happens from yesterday onwards in WhatsApp. I asked from whr you are chatting he replied as China.I discussed about loan details and penalties.
He said penalty Rs225 also to be paid, ok i agreed as yesterday payment is not updated so penalty added, so i paid through Paytm app by UPI link which is showned in app link (UPI id-golden47dg54@centralbank) Linked bank HDFC A/c no -8486. And UPI ref-228327152541.
I submitted UTR number in app. He is not updated and went off.

Today’s story – +92 345 6536560 received msg with another penalty bcz of delay payment. I agreed and Repaid for Rs4950 with penalties showned in app.
Here mentioned details of payment with UTR-228451857393
UPI ld received through app UPI id-chand426@airtel. Banking Name is Chandrabhan Singh ChunDawat.

He told update same in application. I submitted as per instruction given by recovery team. But not closed in app. I informed still showing payment pending in app. He suggested logout and login and refresh app it will clear. I have done same thing. Same result loan has not closed still payment pending. Again asked he suggested to Submit UTR by 6-10 times in app same thing i done. But no result.Still not closed.
Again he msg with another number +92 342 5343361. He directly asked screenshot of repayment. Immediately i shared. He told submitt in app also same i done but not closure. May be the app issues or anything. Still the conversation is going on but no result.

Now come to point, what can I do now. There no customer care number and help center mail in app
