This is to inform you that i am resident of Hyderabad Telangana M Sravan Kumar ,

Visited the store at Beeramguda and asked how to get port from Airtel Post paid Connection to Prepaid ,Jio Store person had taken my AADHAR card details photograph and converted my sim from Airtel to JIO after a week.nce sim activated he informed me to visit the store which is at Madinaguda Reliance Digital .

At Madinaguda i received Worst response and not even giving the application forms .

Finally i got application and submitted and paid 350/- / Rs but after two days they said the verification not done due to xerox copy address was not clear .

Next day given the Voter Card again the same story repeated.

Yesterday i got fed up and with lot of patience gave a trial with the Aadhar Card Colour Xerox Crystal Clear address Photo etc..

Till now they had not activated my sim to post paid .

This is the situation of JIO reatil outlets and customer care is worst response besides they are saying our supervisors heiracy is busy call once again.

From Last three days please check how many times i had called from my number to customer care 8712238710.

I  need a my sim activation as soon as possible and hoping a solution with jet speed service.

I am suffering a lot unable to call my family friends and my life was disturbed hugely and incurring losses in my business.

Note: I will not visit to any store here after ,if you cannot solve my concern please say me directly ,I am not going to leave untill i receive solution to my concern.
