The below email I sent to the excitel [email protected]

I just want terminate my subscription from excitel. Excitel has worst customer handling service. I called many times n raised lots of complaints about internet issue and device change but I guess you have excellent customer service who are well capable to close the customer complaint without any resolution. Just close the complaint coz customer is fool and they will raise the complaint again.
Also one of your customer executive her name is Nikita/Nitika she was on call and after 2 minutes of conversation, what she did that mute the call from her side approx 7 min and then cut the call. I have request to you please give her award to mute the call between conversation.

Also, if I am talking about your services provider so the first thing 2 days they diverted me so badly. One side customer care said your service provider will change this device and other side service provider said excitel executive will change the same. When I called to my area service provider and ask him to resolve the issue, how many times I need to call you. My office work is hampered due to no internet then he said “vo appki marzi hai”. Seriously this is the way of handling customers.

There is one more customer care executive name Navita and she don’t know how to talk with customer and deal with it. Kindly give a refresher to her and also give customer support training to her.
She told me that you cannot contact directly to the service provider. You have to connect with customer support for any issue. Firstly nobody can stop me where I need to talk or whom need to contact. I pay for the service and if I’m not getting any response from one side so I can contact to another side.

She gave me one pen example-
If I buy pen from shop like renolds pen and suddenly if there is any discrepancy in it so whom will you contact. Shop or customer service.
She said that she’ll contact to customer support not that shop. Means seriously uneducated girl don’t know whom to contact.

Please escalate this case and terminate my subscription. I don’t want this type or pathetic service or uneducated customer support.

Please return my money of this router and refund my monthly subscription amount. I haven’t used it.
