A app named pocketly, i took a loan from it of 4000, and i lost my phone and the sim and even i lost all my details and documents to access my bank account, and i ahd no option to repay it again i contacted the team they didnt responsed, i surfed on net and came to known that for closing the laon i need the same phone number from which i can access my pocketlya ccount, but how to access it when i am not having my sim so how can i acess it nor i am having my abnk details or any upi app for now so how can i repay. i want to pay the amount and they are continusoly harassing my contact and shared a legal notice at my home, now how to contat them or repay them they dont reply mails. POCKETLY is going against rbi laws they are calling my contacts and harassing them which is absouletly wrong.
