Flipkart is Cheating people by giving exchange offer and then denying them at the time of delivery under small pretexts.

I have recently ordered a new LG Front load 5 star 8 kg fully automatic washing Machine from Flipkart by taking exchange offer with them. For this exchange offer they have given me 5350/- off when I was ordering New washing machine.

At the time of Delivery of New washing Machine they were suppose to pick my old machine in exchange. The delivery person came for inspection and i clearly said machine is not switching on. There is no rusting anywhere without any damage. But wishmaster directly refused and demanded rest Rs 5350 If I want to take delivery of my new machine.

Reason for Denying –
Delivery person Denied for picking the old machine because the machine is not switching on. Before ordering the item i thoroughly gone through their exchange policy there is reduction in the exchange value if the old item to be exchanged is found rusted from internal or external, not switching on, drum not rotating, any damage internal or external. There is rejection only in case if the Brand / model/ size is different from what mentioned at the time of purchase or if the product is fake.

Since my old washing machine is not switching on then also there is option of reduction in exchange value offered to me at time of purchase and to pay reduced amount of reduction by cash and process the delivery. I also called Flipcart and lodged a complaint on this issue but flipkart team is also not responding in consumer favour. The language of seller and flipkart seems to be same.

That Means Flipkart is expecting people to exchange new unblemished goods in return for new goods.

Or else

They are cheating people by giving exchange offers which they deny under small pretexts at the time of delivery and demands for money in cash.
