The collection team and follow up have started harassing my relatives by continuously calling them and defaming my name. I have already told them that I will do the payment next month but still they are not listening. They are calling to those people with whom I’ve never talked before. They are having mine and my contacts personal chat and voice recordings. They have crossed their limits by looking into the personal details which is a serious security breach. I would request you to kindly take a strict action againstt them so that they would not continue to do such things in future.
