This is to put to your kind attention that last night I received calls and was sent a link via message to make a payment of Rs. 11500/- to close my loan account. On the call, the executive also informed that I need to pay the said amount within 30mins in case I want to settle it at Rs. 11500/- and accordingly, I had made the payment. I had also shared the screenshot of payment proof to one of the executives. Since morning today, my reference has been called continuously even after making payment and asked to make more payment in contrast to what was communicated last night.
Further, when I asked the executive to address me an email for the same, she denied and used unpleasing language and tone and further said different amounts to pay and then intimidated me to harass my family and friends if not done so. I would like your assistance in a proper way to resolve this issue. Based on the representation, I had paid the amount as asked last night itself, but now again I am being harassed to pay more amount on one or more pretext.
Kindly look into the situation and I would request you to ask the executives to not call my reference till the situation is resolved.
