Hello . I have a Airtel post paid mobile connection with number 9503505538. I have paid cash of Rs. 650 on 11.12.2018 and Rs.490 on 02.01.2018 at Airtel franchisee store with the name Tele Star Communisystem Pvt Ltd situated at Karve Road. Pune. Maharashtra . I think one Mr. Dinesh Sakhare owns the shop.
In spite of paying the bills , I am constantly receiving messages and calls for bill payments which are very annoying and insulting to me. It is nothing but harassment. I have visited the said stores couple of times only to get a false promise of updating the payment details to my account. I have called Airtel’s 121 number also but sorry to say that even their so called executives were unable to resolve the issue. They didn’t bother to connect to their supervisor. I think I must write to TRAI and PMO office now to resolve this problem. I have experienced the same problem in the past with this franchisee store . I think they collect money from customers but do not transfer the same to Airtel .
