Sir, i don’t use the site of lazy pay and any trasaction. but i have received harassing call and message from lazy pay customer care. They are required amount from me. I am already complain against these mails, call and messages, the ticket no of my complain is 19102715 on 25 Jan 2023. After lodge the complain, tha company lazy pay not resolve the case and unauthorise amount required from me. I have already been submit to his employees the case and resolve the matter. Thay don’t taking close the matter and unauthorise amount require from me. so you are requested to resolve the case. kindly take an authorise action for Lazy Pay company.
