Text of Complaint by PG:

I HAD VISITED THE AIRTEL OFFICE NEAR HIGH COURT, CHARKAMAN, HYDERABAD, TODAY 22/05/2020. THE REPRESENTATIVE WASN’T TALKING PROPERLY NEITHER WAS HE MAINTAINING THE NORMS OF SOCIAL DISTANCING NOR WAS USING SANITIZER OR A FACE MASK.

 

AIRTEL, YOUR REPRESENTATIVES DON’T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS, AND WHEN ASKED HIS NAME TO REPORT, HE STARTED THREATENING ME SAYING HE WILL CALL PEOPLE TO TAKE CARE OF ME. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY AND TAKE REQUIRED ACTIONS.
