I have been moneytap customer from 2022 march untill now there is no single latepayment by me..but moneytap blocked my credit line and also said due to rbi guidelines like that…And i got late payments on this august 2023 and october 2023…now they started calling midnights non stop with robotic voice numbers..when iam asking agents they accepted and one person said sorry about the late calls and one person said if u pay the amount then calls will be stopped…after next day a person name vinod and also other agent change words immediately and asking to send call recording if they are from money tap even though i send screenshot of agent chat..and that vinod saying what can i do with screenshot and go and file complaint do anything you want like that…This conversation happened on exactly 20/10/2023..but highlight is after this conversation I didn’t receive calls at 21/10/2023 which is really suspicious right..sending mails to company from 22nd September 2023 clearly saying that my october payment will be late and they replied me on october 4th exactly and saying no we can’t give extension like that where my autodebit will be work on october 5th…So i want proper justice on this
